CML operates a structured, rules-based legal comparison platform. The current pilot platform is limited to conveyancing comparisons within a defined pilot region.

Contact details are only collected where a user actively chooses to request contact from, or proceed with, a participating law firm.

Choose My Lawyer Limited is the data controller responsible for the operation of the platform.

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect the following categories of information:

Participating law firms independently act as controllers in relation to their subsequent processing of personal data following receipt of user information from the platform.
